JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 864-261 CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF NEW RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2019-RPL3 VS HAROLD MCGREW AKA HAROLD LEE MCGREW By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of FIERI FACIAS from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated September 24, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on December 17, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that Subdivision thereof known as WESTMINSTER PARK EXTENSION NO. 2 SUBDIVISION, as shown on a survey of J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E. & S., dated October 20, 1978, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under Ordinance No. 13781, adopted on March 7, 1979, registered in COB 952, folio 429, and also according to the survey of J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated October 16, 1980, resurveyed November 21, 1980, resurveyed February 24, 1981, resurveyed May 7, 1981, described as follows, to wit: LOT 22, SQUARE 9, which said square is bounded by Westminster Boulevard, Rue Louis Phillipe, Parcel C-1 and Westminster Park Subdivision side. Lot No. 22 commences 273.29 feet from the first point of curvature of Westminster Boulevard, into Rue Louis Phillipe. Said Lot 22 measures 60 feet front on Westminster Boulevard, same width in the rear, by depths of 150 feet on each sideline. All as more fully shown on survey by Wilton J. Dufrene, Land Surveyor, dated June 26, 1986, a copy of which is annexed hereto and made a part hereof; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property. Improvements thereon bear Municipal No. 1824 Westminster Boulevard, Marrero, La 70072. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
