ESCOBAR A/K/A VILMA ESCOBAR By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated April 29, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 17, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTIAN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in TERRYTOWN SUBDIVISION in SECTION 3-A, being a part of Oakdale Subdivision, Section "B"., First Ward, all in accordance with survey of Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, C.E. dated October 9, 1959, revised July 15, 1960, and approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under Ordinance NO. 4707, adopted August 25, 1960 registered in COB 514, folio 345, Parish of Jefferson, Louisiana on September 7, 1960, and in Plan Book 40, folio 37, Office of the Clerk of Court, Parish of Jefferson, Louisiana, and according to which said property is more fully described as follows, to-wit: LOT 35 in SQUARE 65, commences at a distance of 316.13 feet from the corner of Cooper Road and Fairlawn Drive, and measures thence 60 feet front on Fairlawn Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines. Square 65 is bounded by Fairlawn Drive, Cooper Road, Fielding Avenue and Concord Road, all as further shown on a survey by J.J Krebs & Sons, Inc., certified correct July 23, 1965, a copy of which is annexed to act of Paul Morphy, Jr., Notary Public, dated August 5, 1965. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
