JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 863-654 NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING VERSUS ISSAC CHEATHAM JR. AND LACHASITY CHEATHAM AKA LACHASITY BANKHEAD MAGEE CHEATHAM By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated April 22, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 17, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana in that part thereof known as The Colony, being a resubdivision of Lake Timberlane Estates, Section 4, Parcel A-5 and Lake Timberlane Estates., Section 5, Square E, and which lot is designated as Lot 5, Square L-1. All as per plan of subdivision by Richmond W. Krebs, Professional Land Surveyor, dated December 22, 2003, approved by Jefferson Parish Council under Ordinance No. 22378 on January 22, 2005, registered in COB 3139, FOLIO 788. According to survey by Yu-Chiao Lo, P.L.S., dated September 27, 2022, copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, said lot measures sixty feet (60') front on N. Harper Drive, same in width in the rear, by a depth of one hundred ten feet (110') between equal and parallel lines; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
