ALBARADO A/K/A MARK ALBARADO By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated March 25, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on October 22, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Ridgefield Subdivision, all as per plan of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E., dated February 5, 1965, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under ordinance no. 7040, recorded under instrument no. 323-110 in COB 61.1, folio 438, and as per Act of Dedication before C. Heebe, Notary Public, dated May 31, 1965, recorded in COB 615, folio 654, and as per plan of resubdivision of Ridgefield Subdivision made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E., dated January 12, 1970, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council No. 9551 recorded in entry no. 433-196 and as per Act of Dedication before Bernhardt C. Heebe, Notary Public, dated March 19, 1979, recorded in instrument no. 483-363, in COB 612, folio 846 and as per plan of resubdivision more particularly described and designated as follows: Lot 26-D of Square A which is bounded by Tambour Drive, Batiste Drive, Timbalier Drive, Square J side, west line of the subdivision, north line of servitude, and east line of the subdivision, and according to the aforesaid, Lot 26-B commences at a distance of 200 feet from the corner of Batiste Drive and the east line of the subdivision and has a first frontage on Batiste Drive of 48.75 feet to a point and a further frontage of Batiste Drive of 1.25 feet, a width across the rear of 50 feet, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on a more recent survey of Gilbert, Kelly and Couturie, Surveyors dated October 1, 1970, and according to a survey by Dading Marques & Associates, Inc., dated July 13, 1990, Lot 26-B of Square A, is bounded by Batiste Drive, the west, north and east lines of the subdivision and has the same location and measurements. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
