JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 862-145 LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC VS WILLIAM C. DAVIS A/K/A WILLIAM DAVIS A/K/A WILLIAM C. DAVIS, JR. A/K/A WILLIAM DAVIS, JR. By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated February 28, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on November 5, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Own Your Own Subdivision, lying between drainage canal no. 4 and the Soniat Canal and being designated on a plan by S. E. Calongne, D.C.S., as follows: Lot nos. 31 and 32 of square no. 177, Section 2, of said subdivision, said square is bounded by Sibley, Chaldron, Cherokee and Crawford Streets. Said lots adjoin each other and measure each twenty-five feet (25’) front on Sibley Street, same width in the rear, by a depth one hundred fifteen feet (115’) between equal and parallel lines. Lot 32 adjoins lot no. 31 and commences at a distance of two hundred feet (200’) from the corner of Sibley and Crawford Streets. All as more fully shown on survey by Guy J. Seghers, Sr. & Associates, dated April 20, 1974, and according thereto Lot 31 commences at a distance of two hundred fifty feet from the corner of Chaldron Street and also shows Sibley Street and is now known as N. Sibley Street. All as more fully shown on survey by BFM Corporation, dated September 4, 1984, a copy of which is attached to act registered in COB 1104, folio 97, the property is described as stated above, and is bounded by North Sibley Street, Crawford Street, North Bengal Road (formerly Cherokee Street) and Chaldron Street. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
