JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 861-873 LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC VS RICHARD V. CROOP, JR. By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated February 28, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 10, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in that part thereof designated as Section B and C on a plan of Oakdale Subdivision made by F. B. Grevemberg, C. E., Sheet No. 2, dated June 25, 1931, designated as Tracts Nos. 5 and 6, and which said property has been subdivided into that certain subdivision known as BELLE MEADE SUBDIVISION, UNIT A, all as per plan thereof made by Adloe On, Jr. & Associates, C. E., dated May 10, 1965, revised July 28, 1965, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under Emergency Ordinance No. 7244, recorded under Instrument No. 337976 in COB 621, folio 332, and as per act of dedication before Bernhardt C. Heebe, Notary Public, dated September 30, 1965, registered in COB 623, folio 29, and described as follows, to-wit: LOT 431 in SQUARE 12, which said square is bounded by Woodmeade Court, Bellemeade Boulevard, Tamarack Street and an undeveloped portion of Belle Meade Subdivision, and according to a print of survey made by Adloe On, Jr. & Associates, C. E., dated January 24, 1968, said Lot 431 forms the corner of Woodmeade Court and Bellemeade Boulevard, and measures 44 feet front on Woodmeade Court, a first width in the rear of 33 feet, and a further width in the rear of 74.18 feet, a depth and front on Bellemeade Boulevard of 146.43 feet, by a depth on the opposite side line of 117.97 feet; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property. The improvements thereon bear the Municipal Number 344 Woodmeade Court, Gretna, Louisiana. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
