NIETO By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated February 14, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on May 13, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: One certain condominium unit, being designated as Unit 106 of Yorkshire Court Condominium, created pursuant to the declaration creating Yorkshire Court Condominium, dated December 29, 1980, recorded in the conveyance records of the clerk and recorder of the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana as COB 995; folio 906, together with its undivided 1.1689% interest in and to the common elements of the condominium as set forth in the declaration on file and of record and subject to and with assumption of all terms, covenants, conditions, provisions, restrictions and obligations set forth in the Declaration as it exists or as from time to time amended in accordance with the terms of the declaration.
