JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 861-467 FIDELITY BANK VS MICHELLE L. ANDREWS A/K/A MICHELLE LOUISE ANDREWS By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated February 7, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on November 5, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: TWO (2) CERTAIN LOTS OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Metairieville, in Square No. 60, bounded by Carrollton and Vine Streets, Papworth and Paris Avenues, which said lots of ground are designated by the Nos. 4 and 5 and adjoin each other and measure each twenty-five and no one hundredths (25.00') feet front on Carrollton Street, the same width in the rear, by the following depths, to-wit: Lot 4 has a depth of one hundred twelve and forty-four hundredths (112.44') feet on its sideline nearest to Paris Avenue, and a depth of one hundred twelve and nineteen hundredths (112.19') feet on the opposite sideline nearest Vine Street; Lot 5 has a depth of one hundred twelve and nineteen hundredths (112.19') feet on its sideline nearest Paris Avenue, and a depth of one hundred eleven and ninety-four hundredths (111.94') feet on its opposite sideline nearest Vine Street. Lot 4 being nearer to and commencing at a distance of seventy-four feet, five inches and no lines (74'5"0’‘’) from the corner of Carrollton Street and Paris Avenue, all in accordance with a sketch of survey by Wilford F. Calongne, Civil Engineer, dated September 8, 1959, which is annexed to another act passed before Allain C. Andry, Jr., Notary Public, dated December 7, 1959, for reference. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
