LEMIEUX A/K/A ERICA LEMIEUX By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated February 7, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on January 14, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, Southeastern Land District of Louisiana, west of the Mississippi River, in that part thereof known as Southwood West Subdivision Extension, being a resubdivision of Parcel A-2, J. J. Manson Tract, located in Sections 30 & 68, T 14 S, R 24 E, as per that survey of resubdivision by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E.&S., dated July 10, 1987, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under ordinance number 17386 on December 2, 1987, filed in the clerk’s office of the Parish of Jefferson under entry number 8761662 in COB 1865 folio 098 on December 18, 1987, said property being more particularly described as follows to-wit: Lot 3, Square 2, which said square is bounded by Southwood Drive, Mt. Laurel Drive, existing canal, 100’ servitude in favor of Jefferson & Plaquemines Parish drainage district, LaPalco Boulevard (side), parcel "X" (side), and said lot commences 379.09 feet along the arc of a curve, from the intersection of Mt. Laurel Drive and Southwood Drive and measures thence 53 feet front on Southwood Drive, same width across the rear, having a depth of 175.71 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in accordance with that survey by BFM Corporation dated August 17, 1988 and resurveyed September 30, 1988 to show improvements, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
