RILEY A/K/A MONIQUE RILEY By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of FIERI FACIAS from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated February 3, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Township 14 South, Range 23 and 24 East, Southeast Land District of Louisiana, West of the Mississippi River, known as Harvey Canal Property, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, formerly designated as Parcel Q-2-B, which said portion of ground has been resubdivided into Woodmere South Subdivision, Section 3, all as per plan of resubdivision made by J. J. Krebs and Sons, Inc., C. E. & S., dated October 10, 1983, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council by Ordinance No. 15784, recorded in COB 1064, folio 925, and as per Act of Dedication before Odom B. Heebe, N. P., dated February 2, 1984, recorded in COB 1067, folio 270, same being designated at follows: Lot 907, Square T, which said square is bounded by Sweet Gum Drive, Cimwood Drive, Touchwood Drive and Destrehan Avenue, said lot 907 commences at a distance of 338.07 feet from the point of curvature of Sweet Gum Drive into Destrehan Avenue, and measures thence 60 feet front on Sweet Gum Drive, same in the width across the rear, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines; all as per survey made by J. J. Krebs and Sons, Inc., I. S., dated December 12, 1986, resurveyed February 9, 1987. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
