J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., Surveyors, dated April 13, 1965, copy of which is on file in COB 616, folio 442 of the records of the clerk of court for the Parish of Jefferson, and approved by the Jefferson Parish Police Jury under ordinance no. 7161, said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot 2-A, square 44, is bounded by Transcontinental Drive, Antonini Drive, Chastant Street and Belle Drive, and said Lot 2-A measures 54.79 feet front on Antonini Drive, a width in the rear of 50 feet, by a depth on the side line nearer Transcontinental Drive of 95 feet, by a depth on the opposite side line of 122.59 feet, and commences at a distance of 95.51 feet from the corner of Antonini Drive and Transcontinental Drive. According to a survey made by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., Civil Engineers and Surveyors, dated October 1, 1968, and resurveyed to show improvements January 16, 1969, a copy of which is annexed to act passed before Patrick C. Hardie, N.P. on February 3, 1969, the property is shown as above described, except the depth on the side line nearer Transcontinental Drive is shown as 95 feet (title) and 100.21 feet (actual). Said lot is also designated by the no. 2-A on survey of Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., Surveying and Engineering, dated October 27, 1973, blue print copy of which is annexed to vendor’s acquisition passed before the undersigned notary public , this date, and according thereto, said lot is situated in the same subdivision and square and has the same location, dimensions and municipal number as shown above.
