Said portion of ground is designated as Lot "D" on a plan of resubdivision made by Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, dated October 18, 1954 and on a certificate of survey by Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates dated December 9, 1966, a copy of which is attached to act before John A.
