JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 851-267 LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC VS EDY A. NUNEZ A/K/A EDY NUNEZ By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated February 27, 2024, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, on the right bank of the Mississippi River and forming a part of the original Ames Plantation, and duly resubdivided and approved by the Jefferson Parish Police Jury, dated May 23, 1956, under Ordinance No. 3208 into Cypress Grove Subdivision, all in accordance with lot layout, square layout, and dedication of streets as shown in accordance with the plan of J. J. Krebs & Sons, C.E., dated April 19, 1956, revised May 21, 1956; said Lot is designated as Lot No. 1 in Square J, bounded by Cardinal Drive, Dede Street, Crestwood Subdivision, and Lot G-314 of Ames Farms and Evie Street and forms the northeast corner of Cardinal Drive and Dede Street. Lot 1 measures 60 feet front on Cardinal Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 80 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on a survey by Don A. Garland, Land Surveyor, dated February 11, 1978, resurveyed September 5, 1978. All as more fully shown on a plat of survey by Mandle Surveying, Inc., Land Surveyor, dated December 28, 1989.
