JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 850-366 STANDARD MORTGAGE CORPORATION VS GARY L. ROSIERE, JR. By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated January 17, 2024, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on October 29, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Baywood and designated as Lot 44 of Square "C", said Square "C" is bounded by Fairfield Drive, Carlisle Drive South, Ridgefield Road, Highland Drive West, Carlisle Drive North and Wall Boulevard. Lot 44 commences at a distance of 320 feet from a point on the southeasterly point of curve that forms the intersection of Carlisle Drive North and Wall Boulevard and measures thence 55 feet front on Wall Boulevard, by a width in the rear of 68.29 feet, by a depth of 136.24 feet on the sideline nearest Carlisle Drive North and a depth of 119.79 feet on the opposite sideline, all in accordance with a survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., Surveying & Engineering, dated September 3, 1987, a copy of which is annexed hereto and made a part hereof; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
