MOORE A/K/A BURNETTA HALL MOORE A/K/A BURNETTA MOORE By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated July 24, 2023, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on March 18, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, in Township 14 South, Ranges 23 and 24 East, Southeastern Land District of Louisiana, West of the Mississippi River, known as Harvey Canal Property, designated as Parcel P-2-A-2-A, all as per plan of resubdivision made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated May 15, 1973, revised February 26, 1973, April 1, 1974, May 5, 1975, December 29, 1975 and October 19, 1976, and approved by the Jefferson Parish Council by Ordinance No. 12617, adopted November 18, 1976, recorded in COB 879 folio 409, and which said portion of ground was subdivided into Woodmere Subdivision, Section 5, all as per plan of resubdivision by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E. & S., dated October 19, 1976, and October 21, 1976, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council by Ordinance No. 12617, recorded in COB 879 folio 822, same being designated as follows: Lot 1406, Square LL, which square is bounded by Redbud Lane, Woodmere Boulevard (side), Deercreek Lane (side) and Alex Kornman Boulevard and said lot forms the corner Alex Kornman Boulevard and Redbud Lane and measures 65 feet front on Redbud Lane, same in width in the rear, by a depth and front on Alex Kornman Blvd. of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines; all as shown on survey by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E. & S., dated April 24, 1978, resurveyed July 22, 1978 to show improvements. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
