JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 833-516 "I" BIENES INMUEBLES, L.L.C. VERSUS ANJAD HOBBUB ZUGHAYER WIFE OF/AND AMER ZUGHAYER, ET. AL. By virtue of and in obedience to a JUDGMENT from the 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana in the above numbered and entitled cause dated, OCTOBER 03, 2025, I will offer for sale to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, MAY 27, 2026, at 10 o'clock a.m., the following described property to wit: ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as COLLURA PLACE, being a subdivision of the front portion of Farm Site Number 14, portion or Section “B” of Ames Farm Subdivision, which said lot herein conveyed is designated as LOT NUMBER TWO OF SQUARE SIX on a plan of subdivision of Collura Place made by Hotard & Webb, Civil Engineers, dated March 16, 1951, a copy of which said survey is attached to and made a part of an act of sale by Tony (Toni) Collura to Mr. and Mrs. Roland A. Causin, passed before Maurice J. Pitre, Notary Public, for the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, dated August 28, 1951, and according to said plan of survey said Square Number Six is bounded by Ninth and Tenth Streets, Garden Road, and Farm Site Number 15; said Lot Number Two commences at a distance of Fifty (50’) feet from the corner of Ninth Street and Garden Road, and thence measures Fifty (50’) feet front on Garden Road, same width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of one hundred five (105’) feet. The foregoing description is in accordance with print of survey of Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, C.E., dated July 3, 1962, annexed to act of sale passed before Nat B. Knight, Jr., Notary Public, dated July 26, 1962, being a sale by Grace Cemo, wife of/and Earnest Phillips to Jefferson Savings & Loan Association. The improvements thereon bear Municipal No. 828 Garden Road, Marrero, LA 70072. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
