JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 833-114 U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST C/O U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION VS JAMES D. DAY, II A/K/A JAMES DAY, II By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated October 13, 2022, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and any of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and prescriptions thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in that subdivision thereof known as CHATEAU PARK, being a resubdivision of Plots 340, 341, 330, 331, 328, 329, 316, 317, 318, 319, 304, 305, 306, 307, 294, 295 and parts of 292 and 293, Hessmer Farms Subdivision, as per subdivision plan of William Maier, dated April 15, 1970, recorded in the Parish of Jefferson, under Ordinance No. 10331, in COB 745, folio 390. According to said plan, said lot is designated as LOT NO. 2 of SQUARE NO. 5, which said square is bounded by Chateau Drive, West Esplanade Avenue, Hessmer Avenue and 7" Street. LOT NO. 2 commences at a distance of 56.07 feet from the corner of Chateau Drive and West Esplanade Avenue and measures thence 60 feet front on Chateau Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 96.27 feet on the opposite sideline. LOT NO. 2 of SQUARE 5 lies wholly within what was original Plot 295 of Hessmer Farms Subdivision. All as more fully shown on survey of Sterling Mandle, Land Surveyor, dated June 4, 1976, a copy of which is annexed to an act dated June 10, 1976, before Charles Barbara, Notary Public. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
