J. Krebs and Sons, Inc., dated March 11, 1977, and approved by the Jefferson Parish Council, by Ordinance No. 12822 on April 14, 1977, recorded under Entry No. 766676, more particularly described as follows: Lot 6, Square Q, bounded by Amite Drive, Suwannee Drive, Potomac Drive and Niagara Drive, and said lot commences at a distance of 280 feet from the corner of Amite Drive and Suwannee Drive and measures thence 60 feet front on Amite Drive, the same width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines.
