HORNE By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of FIERI FACIAS from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated April 3, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on October 1, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in that STATE of LOUISIANA, PARISH of JEFFERSON, designated as UNIT NO. 3, 5236 Quincy Street, Metairie, Louisiana, including an undivided 12.5% ownership in the Common Elements and Limited Elements as more fully set forth in that certain Declaration of Condominium Ownership of QUINCY CONDOMINIUMS OF METAIRIE, INC., created by act before Harold S. Barthelomew, N.P., filed January 11, 1982, registered in Entry No. 998689, in COB 1018, FOLIO 226, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, together with the survey plans and other instruments and documents annexed thereto and incorporated by reference therein which established the Quincy Condominium of Metairie, Inc., and which includes among the Common Elements thereof the following described real property, to-wit: TWO CERTAIN LOTS OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in PONTCHARTRAIN GARDENS SUBDIVISION, SECTION B, in SQUARE 40, thereof, bounded by Quincy Street, St. James Street, Rye Street and St. Rose Street, designated as LOTS 18 and 19 on the plan of resubdivision made by Roessie and Galloway, dated April 30, 1956, approved by Ordinance No. 3151, registered in COB 400, FOLIO 504, according to which said lots adjoin each other and measure each 50 feet front on Quincy Street, the same width in the rear, by a depth of 160.76 feet between equal and parallel lines. Lots 18 commences at a distance of 55.37 feet from the corner of Quincy and St. James Streets. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
