JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 685-644 NICHOLAS HATZGIONIDIS VERSUS MELIDA HATZGIONIDIS By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of FIERI FACIAS from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated February 18, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, in that part thereof known as TERRYTOWN SUBDIVISION, SECTION NO. 8, and which portion of ground according to the plan thereof by Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, C.E.&S., dated April 22, 1964, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under Ord. No. 6610, adopted on May 7, 1964, recorded as Entry No. 289611 of Jefferson Parish, is designated as follows: LOT 12A, SQUARE 141, which said square is bounded by Mystic Avenue, Guardian Avenue and Morningside Drive, and said lot commences at a distance of 429 feet from the corner of Mystic Avenue and Morningside Drive and measures thence 60 feet front on Mystic Avenue, the same width in the rear, by a depth of 115 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., dated February 20, 1997. The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 844 Mystic Avenue, Gretna, LA 70056. Being the same property acquired by Nicholas R. Hatzgionidis and Melida Espinoza Hatzgionidis by Act dated February 28, 1997, before Joseph J. Rouse, Notary Public, and recorded in MOB 3787, folio 237, in the records of Jefferson Parish, LA on March 6, 1997.
