PUBLIC NOTICE - - - The Louisiana Deferred Compensation Commission (“LDCC”) and Empower Trust Company, LLC (“ETC”) have agreed to amend the “Agreement for Recordkeeping and Communication Services for Louisiana Deferred Compensation Commission” dated January 1, 2013 (the “Agreement”). The amendment includes an extension to the term of the Agreement as well as fee/rate changes. Pursuant to La. R.S. 42:1307, LDCC must provide public notice of its intention to amend a contract with a plan administrator at least ten days prior to the adoption of an amendment.
