PUBLIC NOTICE - - - SALE BY SHERIFF JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT THAT CERTAIN PORTION OF GROUND BEARING MUNICIPAL NUMBER 332-334 S. CLARK STREET, THIS CITY, IN THE MATTER ENTITLED: HOME BANK, N.A. vs SSB CLARK, LLC AND STEPHEN BOUZON C I V I L D I S T R I C T C O U R T F O R P A R I S H O F O R L E A N S Case No: 2025-4150 By virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale directed to me by the Honorable Judges of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on November 20, 2025, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the following described property to wit: A CERTAIN LOT OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings an improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, means, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, , advantages and component parts thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining thereto, situated in the First District of this City of New Orleans, in square No 686, bounded by South Clark, Banks and Palmyra Streets and Jefferson Davis Parkway, designated as Lot No. 21, measuring 30 feet front on South Clark Street, by 120 feet in depth between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on print of survey made by FG Stewart, Surveyor dated September 1, 1952, and according to said survey said Lot No. 21 commences 60 feet 4 inches and 5 lines from the corner of Banks and South Clark Streets. According to the survey of Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, Inc. dated June 4, 1962 said lot commences 60 feet 4 inches 5 lines (title) 60 feet 7 lines (actual) form the corner of Banks and South Clark Streets; subject to restrictions, servitudes, right-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property. THIS ACT IS MADE, ACCEPTED AND SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: Restrictions, servitudes, right-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property. THE FOLLOWING IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 332-334 S Clark St., New Orleans, 70119.
