PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Proposed Substantial Amendments to the FY 2019 Annual Action Plan In accordance with 24 CFR 91.505 and the State of Louisiana Citizen Participation Plan, the Office of Community Development (OCD) proposes the following substantial amendments to the FY 2019 Annual Action Plan to include the reallocation of FY 2019 CDBG CV funds. Summary The Office of Community Development has an expenditure deadline of September 2026 for all CDBG-CV funds. To quickly expend the remaining unutilized funds from previously awarded CV grants and the unutilized State administrative funds, OCD will be awarding additional funding to the CV - Food Bank Program’s previous grantee Feeding Louisiana, LLC. FY 2019 Annual Action Plan The following sections of the Annual Action Plan and Method of Distribution have been amended: AP-30 Distribution Methods This section refers to the Method of Distribution document available on the Office of Community Development’s website at https://www.doa.la.gov/Pages/ocd/cdbg/about_lcdbg.aspx. Changes to this section are shown below. Method of Distribution II.C. Eligible Activities The additional funds will only be applied to eligible activities already funded. II.E. Distribution of Funds Any funds remaining from the previously awarded CDBG CV projects and CDBG CV State Administration that have not been utilized will be awarded to the CDBG CV Food Bank program’s grantee.
