PUBLIC NOTICE - - - PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to LSA R.S. 33:4712 the City of New Orleans hereby gives notice of its intention to approve and authorize the Mayor of the City of New Orleans (“City”), acting by and through the New Orleans Aviation Board (“NOAB”), to enter into lease amendments to the Airline-Airport Use and Lease Agreements with the signatory airlines operating at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (the “Airport”), under circumstances in which a solicitation and selection process is not required by law; pursuant to Ordinance Calendar No. 35,320.
