This exemption allows River Birch Landfill to accept nonhazardous waste generated from the fire incident at Smitty’s Supply, Inc. for 180 days. River Birch Landfill is located in Jefferson Parish, Range 22E, Township 13S, Sections 4, 6, 36, and 37.
