PUBLIC NOTICE - - - PUBLIC NOTICE - - CIVIL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF ORLEANS STATE OF LOUISIANA CASE NO. 24-10303 DIVISION “I” SUCCESSION OFJENEVIEVE BROWN - NOTICE IS GIVEN that Vallerie Woods, Executrix of the Succession of Jenevieve Brown, is applying for authority to sell at private sale, on terms of SIXTY THOUSAND AND 10/100 ($60,000.00) DOLLARS the immovable property owned by The Succession of Jenevieve Brown, described below. TWO CERTAIN PIECES OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the building and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the THIRD DISTRICT of the CITY OF NEW ORLEANS, in SQUARE NO. 1385, which square is bounded by FRANKLIN AVENUE, N.
