PUBLIC NOTICE - - - OFFICIAL NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of New Orleans will consider its regular meeting of December 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., to be held either via video conference or in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 1300 Perdido Street, Room 1E07, the adoption of Ordinance Calendar No. 35,302 introduced at the meeting of November 6, 2025. SAID ORDINANCE would amend and reordain Section 154-777 of the Code of the City of New Orleans to align fees for non-consensual towing and recovery with the annual rates set by the Louisiana Public Service Commission.
