SAID ORDINANCE would amend and reordain Article 7, Section 7.2, Table 7-1 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 4264 M.C.S., as amended by Ordinance No. 26,413 M.C.S. and subsequent amendments) to permit both established single-family dwellings and home-based childcare centers in the GPD General Planned Development Districts to support the operational needs of existing residents and enhance access to essential child care services in the community.
