PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Notice is hereby given that Cameron Land Ventures, LLC has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification to clear, grade, excavate, and place fill to construct multi-purpose waterside vessel engagement facilities with short term accommodations to support expansion and industry development within the City of Cameron. The work includes the construction of bunkhouses, vehicle parking areas with associated roadways, pedestrian walkways, a bulkhead wall, a boat ramp with an associated landing and pier, and a docking facility with access ramps and a crane foundation. Rip rap will be placed behind the dock structure. Existing infrastructure on the property will be removed. All work will occur on the bank of Calcasieu Pass off Davis Road in Cameron, Cameron Parish. Cameron Land Ventures, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
