PO-058-2025 An ordinance of the Lafayette Parish Council authorizing the Lafayette Mayor-President to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement and Act of Donation by and between Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government and the Fire Protection District No. 7 of the Parish of Acadia, State of Louisiana concerning the donation of a surplus 2003 tanker fire truck. PO-059-2025 An ordinance of the Lafayette Parish Council authorizing the Lafayette Mayor-President to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government, the Louisiana Department of Treasury and the State of Louisiana concerning ACT 461 of the 2025 Regular Legislative Session of the Louisiana Legislature and amending the FY 25/26 capital budget of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government by increasing revenues in the amount of $250,000 received from the State of Louisiana Department of Treasury and appropriating within the Public Works Department for road projects involving Cormier Road.
