CO-143-2025 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council amending Chapter 86, Article IX, Division 1, Section 86-138 “Parking of Large Vehicles and Trailer” and Division 6, Section 86-174 “Schedule of Fines for Parking Violators” of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government Code of Ordinances related to the parking of large vehicles and trailers in the Louisiana Avenue Zoning & Development Overlay District in the City of Lafayette. CO-144-2025 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council authorizing the Lafayette Mayor-President to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government, the Louisiana Department of Treasury and the State of Louisiana concerning ACT 461 of the 2025 Regular Legislative Session of the Louisiana Legislature and amending the FY 25/26 capital budget of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government by increasing revenues in the amount of $250,000 received from the State of Louisiana Department of Treasury and appropriating within the Public Works Department for North Lafayette Redevelopment Initiatives. CO-145-2025 An ordinance of the Lafayette City Council authorizing the Lafayette Mayor-President to accept a donation of certain improvements hereinafter described for the purpose of operating and maintaining sewer facilities.
