PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF LOUSIANA PEST CONTROL INSURANCE COMPANY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to La. Rev. Stat. §22:69 and La. Rev. Stat. §1-1407 that LOUISIANA PEST CONTROL INSURANCE COMPANY, a Louisiana domestic stock insurer (the “Dissolved Corporation”) is being dissolved, its affairs being wound up out of court, and will return the Dissolved Corporation’s Certificate of Authority to the Louisiana Department of Insurance pursuant to due authorization by its sole shareholder and all of its directors. An application for Dissolution is being filed with the Louisiana Commission of Insurance. Any person with a claim against the Dissolved Corporation is hereby requested to present the claim in writing by sending a notice of claim to: Andrew Francis McGinty IV, liquidator of the Dissolved Corporation, 3042 Old Forge Drive Suite A, Baton Rouge, LA 70808 no later than April 30, 2026. The notice of claim must include the name of the claimant and a detailed description of the nature of the claim.
