PUBLIC NOTICE - - - LOUISIANA HOUSING CORPORATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Louisiana Housing Corporation (the “Corporation”) will conduct a public hearing on November 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Louisiana Housing Corporation, 2415 Quail Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70808 to hear any objections to the issuance of not exceeding $6,000,000 Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Baronne Lofts Project) in one or more series (the “Bonds”) pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3-G of Title 40 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended (the “Act”), and other constitutional and statutory authority supplemental thereto, to provide a financing with respect to the acquisition, construction, and/or equipping of a multifamily housing development as follows: Description of Project Type : Baronne Lofts Project, consisting of a 22-unit multifamily housing development (the “Development”), located at 2256 Baronne Street, New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, encompassing 0.30 acres of land. Maximum Bond Principal : $6,000,000 for a project cost of approximately $11,835,178.00. Initial Owner/Operator of the Development : 2256 Baronne, LLC The Bonds will be limited obligations of the Corporation secured solely by revenues and moneys derived by the Corporation from and with respect to the Development.
