PL 25-025 BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with reference to the provisions of Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended by Act 16 of the Extraordinary Session of 1973, being Chapter 7 of Title 30, and particularly Section 542(a) of said Act, a public hearing will be held in the La Belle Room located on the first floor of the LaSalle Office Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on December 2, 2025, upon the application of TRANS LOUISIANA GAS PIPELINE, INC. At such hearing the Secretary will consider evidence relative to the issuance of an order upon the application of TRANS LOUISIANA GAS PIPELINE, INC. for the abandonment of natural gas pipeline facilities in the Parishes of Morehouse and Ouachita, State of Louisiana, pursuant to La. R.S. 30:555(B) and LAC 43:XI.503. A copy of the application is on file with the Department of Conservation and Energy and may be examined during normal business hours and is posted online at https://www.dce.louisiana.gov/page/hearing-comment-calendar.
