That on October 10, 2025 Imperial Fire and Casualty Insurance Company instituted an action in the Wyoming District Court in Park County, Wyoming, for the appointment of Carol Segrave as the wrongful death representative for the purposes of bringing a wrongful death action for the death of William Segrave.
