Jones, Administratrix of the Succession of Katherine Brown Simmons, wife of/and John Simmons, is applying for authority to sell at private sale, on terms of FIFTEEN THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($15,000.00) DOLLARS under a sale, the immovable property owned by Katherine Brown Simmons, wife of/and John Simmons, described below. A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the THIRD DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS, in SQUARE NO. 1065, bounded by N. Miro Street (formerly Liberals Street), N. Galvez Street (formerly Genius Street), Arts Street, and Painters Street, designated as LOT NO. 17 on a sketch made by C. Uncas Lewis, Deputy City Surveyor, dated June 20, 1901, annexed to an act before F.D. Charbonnet, Notary Public, dated July 25, 1902, and according to said sketch, said lot measures twenty-nine feet, eleven inches (29'11") front on N. Miro Street, the same width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of one hundred sixty feet (160'). The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 2520 N. Miro Street, New Orleans, LA 70117. Being the same property acquired by Katherine Brown Simmons, wife of/and John Simmons, from Frederick G.
