FRANCISVILLE, LA 70775. MINUTES OF MEETING CALL TO ORDER: Called to order by Chairman Steve Neal INVOCATION & PLEDGE recited. ROLL CALL of BOARD MEMBERS: Charles Stewart, Jeremy Sanders, April Vessel, Steve Neal, Tim Pohlmann, Willia Parkerson and Todd Young were present. Fire Chief Rick Dudley was also present. APPROVE/AMEND AGENDA: A motion was made by Mrs. Vessel, seconded by Mr. Stewart to approve the agenda. Motion carried all in favor, No nays. APPROVE/AMEND MINUTES: A motion was made by Mr. Pohlmann, seconded by Mr. Pohlmann to approve October 20, 2025 minutes as written.
