PUBLIC NOTICE - - - 24th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA SUCCESSION OF LEANDRO ILLIN, SR. NO: 855-574 DIVISION: “K” FILED: __ DEPUTY CLERK NOTICE TO SELL PROPERTY WHEREAS, SYLVIA GAMEZ ILLIN, Administrator of the Succession of LEANDRO ILLIN, SR., has made application to the Court for the sale of the IMMOVABLE property of the estate of LEANDRO ILLIN, SR. hereinafter described to-wit: PARISH OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF LOUISIANA: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as M.A. GREEN SUBDIVISION, SQUARE “E”, bounded by Cathy Avenue (Jay), Richard Street, Lester Avenue and Versailles Street, designated as LOT 27, which said lot commences at a distance of 600 feet from the corner of Cathy Avenue and Versailles Street and measures thence 50 feet front on Cathy Avenue, same width in the rear, by a depth of 133.23 feet along the sideline nearer to Versailles Street, and a depth of 133.51 feet on the opposite sideline, all in accordance with the survey of Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, C.E., dated December 4, 1958, a copy of which is annexed to Act No. 138954. For informational use only: Improvements bear the Municipal No. 801 Cathy Avenue, Metairie, LA 70003. THIS PROPERTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: 1. Restrictive Covenants dated June 5, 1950, registered in COB 287, Folio 94. 2. Servitude five (5’) feet in width along the entire rear line of said lot, for utilities, as provided in Restrictive Covenants. UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TO-WIT: FOR THE SUM OF $185,000.00 CASH FOR THE PURCHASE OF ALL SUCH COMMUNITY PROPERTY AS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ON FILE OR ON TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS MAY BE ORDERED BY THE COURT. Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of the Decedent herein, and of this estate, be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the Order of Judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such Order or Judgment may be issued after the expiration of ten (10) days, from the date of the publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
