Gagliano No. 2023-00444 - Civil District Court Two certain lots of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Square 11 of Old Homestead Subdivision in Metairie, Louisiana, bounded by Homestead Avenue, Canal Street on the north and Brockenbraugh Court on the east, designated as Lots 32 and 33 and according to a blueprint of a survey made by A. E. Bonnabel, C.E., dated May 18, 1992, on file in the office of the Clerk of Court, and also as per plan of Clifford G. Webb, C.E., dated April 21, 1942, annexed to an act passed before William A. West, Notary Public, dated January 31, 1947, said lots adjoin and measure each 25 feet front on Homestead Avenue by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 120 feet. Lot 33 forms the corner of Homestead Avenue and Canal Street, and in accordance with a survey by J.J. Krebs, C.E., dated May 26, 1953, a copy of which is annexed to an act before Edmond G. Miranne, Notary Public, dated June 19, 1953, the said Square 11 is bounded by Homestead Avenue, Canal Street, Brockenbraugh Court and Demosthenes Street and has the same measurements as above described. Buildings and improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 753 Homestead Avenue. And further in accordance with survey of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated October 27, 1975, copy of which is attached to sale by Pelican Homestead and Savings Association to Patricia Zuppardo, wife of/and Blaise P. Gagliano, dated June 9, 1978, registered in COB 929, folio 863, said property has the same location, designation, and measurements as hereinabove set forth. Municipal No. 1320 Veterans Boulevard (a/k/a 753 Homestead Avenue), Metairie, LA Being the same property acquired by Patricia Zuppardo, wife of/and Blaise P. Gagliano from Pelican Homestead and Savings Association, by act passed before John H.
