PUBLIC NOTICE - - - REQUISITION 11297709 OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE REGULAR ZONING MEETING OF THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL OF THE PARISH OF EAST BATON ROUGE AND THE CITY OF BATON ROUGE Notice is hereby given to all citizens of the City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge and to all other interested persons, of the introduction at the regular meeting of the Metropolitan Council of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, held on November 19, 2025, of the proposed ordinances, the titles of which are set forth hereinafter, and that public hearing will be held thereon by the Metropolitan Council at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 3, 2025, in the Council Chambers (Room 348) on the third floor of the City-Parish Governmental Building in this City, these proposed ordinances being entitled as follows: ORDINANCE Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Map of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, as contained in and made part of the “Unified Development Code “, as amended so as to change the zoning on the property located at 8644 Greenwell Springs Road To amend the Comprehensive Land Use Plan from Residential Neighborhood to Compact Neighborhood, located on the south side of Greenwell Springs Road, west of Joyce Drive, on property now or formerly known as Remainder of 18 of Sunny Brook Farms.
