PUBLIC NOTICE - - - REQUISITION 11297705 OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE REGULAR ZONING MEETING OF THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL OF THE PARISH OF EAST BATON ROUGE AND THE CITY OF BATON ROUGE Notice is hereby given to all citizens of the City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge and to all other interested persons, of the introduction at the regular meeting of the Metropolitan Council of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, held on October 22, 2025, of the proposed ordinances, the titles of which are set forth hereinafter, and that public hearing will be held thereon by the Metropolitan Council at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 19, 2025, in the Council Chambers (Room 348) on the third floor of the City-Parish Governmental Building in this City, these proposed ordinances being entitled as follows: ORDINANCE Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Map of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, as contained in and made part of the “Unified Development Code “, as amended so as to change the zoning on the property located at 4914 Government Street To rezone from Light Commercial (C1) to Commercial Alcoholic Beverage (restaurant) (C-AB-1) on property located on the south side of Government Street, east of Bienville Street, on a portion of property now or formerly known as Lot 1-A of Capital Heights, Square 13. Section 82, T7S, R1E, GLD, EBRP, LA (Council District 7 - Harris) CASE 34-25 ORDINANCE Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Map of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, as contained in and made part of the “Unified Development Code “, as amended so as to change the zoning on the property located at 10910 and 10920 South Havenpark Court To rezone from Heavy Commercial (C2) to Commercial Alcoholic Beverage (restaurant) (C-AB-1) on property located on the south side of South Havenpark Court, west of Havenpark Drive, on a portion of property now or formerly known as Lot 5 and Lot 6 of Havenpark Court.
