PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Notice is hereby given that Marshall Jones, Jr. has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification to clear, grade, dredge, and place spoil to establish a commercial sand dredging operation on the bank of and within the Red River for River Energy Services, LLC· Offices, scales, a discharge pond, stockpile and plant areas, and a dock will be constructed on the bank of the Red River off Clyde Fant Memorial Parkway in Shreveport in both Caddo and Bossier Parishes. Dredging will be conducted in four areas within the Red River adjacent to the land operation in both Caddo and Bossier Parishes. J. Marshall Jones, Jr. is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC33: IX. 1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
