PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Notice is hereby given that KinderHawk Field Services, LLC has applied for a 40I Water Quality Certification to clear, grade, excavate, and place fill to construct a natural gas treating plant and associated infrastructure including 8,591 feet of associated 30-inch residue header pipelines and associated surface sites for pig launchers/receivers connecting the existing KinderHawk Plantation system facilities to the new treatment plant. All work will occur off Red River Parish Road 410/Yearwood Road north of Williams , south of Howard, and west of Loggy Bayou in Red River Parish. KinderHawk Field Services, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
