BAPTISTE, AS DECEASED ABSENTEES WHOSE HEIRS HAVE NOT BEEN JUDICIALLY RECOGNIZED FILED:__ DEPUTY CLERK NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PUBLIC AUCTION Whereas, Sandra Robinson, succession representative of the Successions of Audrey Baptiste Francois and Alvin Francois, Sr., has made application to the Court for authority to sell at public auction the immovable property hereinafter described, to wit: A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Third District of New Orleans in Square 758, bounded by Derbigny, Columbus, Laharpe and Claiborne Avenue, said lot of ground is composed of the front portion of original Lot 15 as shown on a plan made by Bergeol, late Surveyor, dated April 10th, 1839, and measures thirty feet, seven inches, no lines (30'7"0"') front on Derbigny Street, by a depth of sixty-eight feet (68') between equal and parallel lines. And in accordance with survey made by E. L. Eustis, Civil Engineer and Surveyor, dated July 15th, 1944, a print of which is attached to act passed before Louis H, Yarrut, Notary Public, dated July 28th, 1944, said lot of ground is designated by the Letter "B", is composed of the front portion of original Lot 15, begins at a distance of sixty-three feet, two inches, no lines (63'2"0") from the corner of Derbigny and Columbus Streets, and measures thirty-one feet, seven inches, no lines (31'7"0"') front on Derbigny Street, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of sixty-eight feet (68'). The improvements thereon bear Municipal Nos. 1508-10 Derbigny Street. Being the same property acquired by Logan Meyer from Wilhelmina Perkinds, dated September 22, 1947, by act passed before John Pat. Little, Notary Public, registered in C.O.B. 554, folio 113 and recorded in MOB 1725, folio 485. Said application has been made pursuant to Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure articles 3271 and 3443, and Louisiana Revised Statutes 9:1521 and 9:3172, requesting that said immovable property be sold at public auction by the Orleans Parish Civil Sheriff, in the manner and form prescribed by law for judicial sales. Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of the decedents and of these successions, to make any opposition which they may have to such application at any time prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving, and homologating such application, and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of the last publication of this notice, all in accordance with law.
