COOPER (collectively “Petitioner”), Co-Executors of the Succession of MARTHA A. TAYLOR, have, pursuant to the provisions of Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure Article 3281, petitioned this Honorable Court for authority to sell at private sale the Decedent’s immovable property described below in Orleans Parish for $100,000.00 cash; property described as follows: THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT, together with all improvements, servitudes, rights, ways, privileges, appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, designated as Unit C-6 of The Laurel Condominium, comprising 662.72 net square feet of floor area and including an undivided 15.77% of the ownership interest in the common elements and common surplus as more fully set forth in that certain Declaration of Condominium Creating The Laurel Condominium, by act dated July 28, 1983, before George L.
