PUBLIC NOTICE - - - - 9 - ABBEVILLE FIELD 26-220 LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF LOUISIANA, DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND ENERGY, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2026, upon the application of DUNN EXPLORATION COMPANY, LLC. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the 4700 SUB, in the Abbeville Field, Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. 1. To permit the applicant. Dunn Exploration Company, LLC to drill, designate and utilize a substitute well for the unit designated 4700 SUB, said well shown at the location on the plat submitted with the application, which is in exception to the spacing provisions of Office of Permitting and Compliance Order No. 155-L-1, effective December 1, 1964. 2. To permit the applicant, Dunn Exploration Company, LLC to drill, designate and utilize an alternate unit well for the unit designated 4700 SUB, said well shown at the location on the plat submitted with the application, which is in exception to the spacing provision of Order No. 155-L-1, effective December 1, 1964. 3. To authorize the operator of 4700 SUB to produce the unit allowable from the substitute unit well, the alternate unit well, or both, at its discretion, as may be appropriate. 4. To find that the proposed substitute and alternate unit wells are necessary to economically and efficiently drain reserves from the 4700 SUB, which cannot be economically and efficiently recovered by any existing well within such unit. 5. To the extent not inconsistent herewith, to continue in effect all pertinent provisions of Order No. 155-L-1, effective December 1, 1964. 6. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The 4700’ Sand was previously defined in Order No. 155-L, effective February 15, 1962.
