JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 869-616 UNITED WHOLESALE MORTGAGE, LLC VERSUS SYED M. QUADRI (A/K/A SYED QUADRI, SYED MOIZUDDIN HUSSAIN QUADRI) AND SYEDA ANAM QUADRI (A/K/A SYEDA ANAM) By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated October 22, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on February 4, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Chateau Estates Lakefront Subdivision Extension, being a resubdivision of the remaining portion of a survey thereof by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E. dated June 27, 1976, approved by Ordinance No. 1916 of the City of Kenner, registered in COB 874 folio 958, Parish of Jefferson, Louisiana, and according to said survey, the said lot is designated as Lot 9, Square 6, which said square is bounded by Brouilly Drive, Echezeaux Drive, Sunset Boulevard and the eastern boundary line of the subdivision, Sylvaneer Drive and Mercurey Drive. And further in accordance with a resubdivision survey of Lot 9, Square 6 into Lots 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 and the Dedication of Chalet Court made by BFM Corporation dated August 6, 1992, approved by Ordinance No. 6825 of the City of Kenner, registered in COB 2834, folio 221, said lot is designated as Lot 32, Square 6, and is more fully described as follows: Said Square 6 is bounded by Chalet Court, Brouilly Drive, Echezeaux Drive and Sunset Boulevard. Lot 32 measures 15.37 feet, thence 54.26 feet front on Chalet Court, having widths in the rear of 38.62 feet and 19.56 feet, by a depth on the side line of Lot 33 of 136.50 feet and a depth of 118.11 feet on the side line of Lot 31. All as more fully shown on survey by BFM Corporation, dated 1/9/97 to shown improvements. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
