Krebs & Sons, Surveyors, dated May 11, 1954, said lot is designated as Lot 9, Square "G" thereof, which said square is bounded by Lomonaco Subdivision, Seventh Street, Eighth Street and St. Ann Street, and said Lot 9 lies nearer to and commences at a distance 150 feet from the intersection of St. Ann and Eighth Streets and measures thence fifty feet front on St. Ann Street in the direction of Seventh, the same width in the rear by a depth of 81.33 feet between equal and parallel lines.
