JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 869-217 STANDARD MORTGAGE CORPORATION VS ROSARIO E. RUIZ AND JORGE ALBERTO RUIZ By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated October 6, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on January 28, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Willowdale Subdivision, Section No. 2, in Square No. 11, bounded by Morton Street, Elise Avenue, Chopin Court, Marcie Street and Elizabeth Street, designated as Lot No. 151, all in accordance with the survey of Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, C. E., dated December 13, 1960, which said lot commences at a distance of 310 feet from the corner of Morton Street and Elise Avenue and measures thence 65 feet front on Elise Avenue, same width in the rear, by a depth of 105 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in accordance with a survey by Mandle Surveying, Inc., dated May 25, 1981. And further in accordance with a survey by Mandle Surveying, Inc., dated November 8, 1985 and said lot has the same measurements and boundaries as above set forth.
