JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 868-460 CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC VERSUS THE UNOPENED SUCCESSION OF DIAMONIQUE WHALEY, DECEASED By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated October 29, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on February 4, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the improvements and buildings thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in JEFFERSON PARISH, LOUISIANA, in that part thereof known as COUNTRY CLUB HOMES SUBDIVISION in SQUARE NO. 9 thereof, bounded by Page Drive, Meadowdale Street, Green Acres Subdivision and Kawanee Avenue, designated as LOT NO. 6 on a plan of survey made by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Civil Engineers & Surveyors, dated June 27, 1961, resurveyed and certified correct on April 15, 1964, a copy of which is annexed to an act passed before Jerome Meunier, Notary, dated May 14, 1964, and according to which said Lot No. 6 commences at a distance of Three hundred thirty feet from the intersection of Page Drive and Meadowdale Street, and commences at a distance of Three hundred and sixty-seven hundredths feet from the intersection of Page Drive and Kawanee Avenue, measuring thence seventy (70') feet front on Page Drive, the same in width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of one hundred twenty-five (125) feet. All in accordance with a survey made by Gilbert, Kelly and Couturie, Surveyors, dated September 3, 1978, a copy of which is annexed to an act before Earl Webster Simoneux, Notary Public, dated September 14, 1978, recorded under Entry No. 841407 and in COB 938, folio 444, which shows the hereinabove described property as having the same situation, location, boundaries, designations and measurements as hereinabove set forth.
